信息技术在当前不仅是作为一项科学技术而存在,更作为一种日常的生活方式在深刻的影响着人们的政治,经济,文化社会生活。其中信息时代下的网络犯罪就是一个典型样态。无论是从当前网络犯罪呈现出一种愈演愈烈趋势的角度来说,还是从网络犯罪打击的社会实效的角度来说,加强网络犯罪的司法抵制都体现出一种现实的必要性。适应网络平台的虚拟性,技术性的特点,相应的采取技术性的侦查手段,侦查网络犯罪留下的“蛛丝马迹”。这主要是通过专业性的网络警察来实现。网络是一个现实生活的虚拟映射,网络行为的发生是现实中人的思想与行为的具体反映,因此加强网络中异常行为的监控,可以有效降低网络犯罪发生的概率。
At present, information technology not only exists as a science and technology, but also influences people’s political, economic, cultural and social life as a daily lifestyle. Among them, cybercrime under the information age is a typical example. Judicial boycott of cybercrime shows a realistic necessity no matter from the perspective of the growing trend of cybercrime at present or from the perspective of the social effect of cybercrime attack. Adapt to the virtual and technical features of the network platform, and accordingly adopt technical means of investigation to detect the “clues” left by cybercrime. This is mainly achieved through professional cyberpowers. Network is a virtual mapping of real life. The occurrence of network behavior is a concrete reflection of people’s thoughts and behaviors in real life. Therefore, strengthening the monitoring of abnormal behaviors in the network can effectively reduce the probability of cybercrime.
