党的十三届三中全会,全面分析了当前我国经济改革和经济发展的形势,提出了治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序、全面深化改革的指导方针和政策、措施,并确定明后两年要把改革和建设工作的重点,坚决地、突出地放到治理经济环境和整顿经济秩序上面来。为帮助广大干部学习和宣传党的十三届三中全会精神,我们根据有关文件编写了一组问答,供县团级党政机关干部,结合本地区、本部门的实际,向群众宣传教育时参考。
