1987年,周柏年到 171中学走马上任时,校园里仅有两栋 60年代建造的、不合标准的、简陋的教学和行政楼。然而,东城区教育界的同仁们都亲眼目睹了 171中学一年一个样,几年大变样的动人情景。 在没有花国家一分钱的前提下,校园硬件设备一应俱全;更可贵的是,十几年来,周校长以锲而不舍的钻研精神,勇于开拓,锐意进取,敢为人先,积极进行学校内部管理体制改革,推进校长负责制的实施,认真研究教育教学中的有关问题,促进学生的全面发展,形成了 171中学的办学特色,赢得了社会的广泛赞誉。 20世纪末,在我国涌现出了一大批力主改革的中小学校长,周柏年校长是其中的佼佼者之一。他的探索与实践,为我们提供了丰富的学校管理的经验。
In 1987, when Zhou Bainian took the 171 Middle School took office, there were only two substandard and simple teaching and administrative buildings constructed in the 1960s on campus. However, the colleagues in the Dongcheng District’s education community have witnessed the moving scenes of the 171 Middle School year by year, a few years ago.
