目的:研究茅莓正丁醇组分的抗炎作用。方法:选用昆明种小白鼠及SD大白鼠,茅莓正丁醇组分高、低剂量组分别按提取物量1.0,0.5 g·kg-1 ig给药,共7 d。应用二甲苯和角叉菜胶致炎法分别建立小鼠耳肿胀模型和大鼠足跖肿胀模型。实验分为模型对照组(生理盐水)、阳性对照组(地塞米松)和茅莓正丁醇组分组。计算各组小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀度及抑制率,采用容积测量法观察角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀度和肿胀抑制率。结果:与模型对照组比,茅莓正丁醇组分作用后的小白鼠耳廓肿胀度显著降低(P<0.05),高、低剂量组肿胀抑制率分别为81.76%,76.79%;明显减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:茅莓正丁醇组分有明显的抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Geranium n-butanol fraction. Methods: Kunming mice and SD rats were selected. The n-butanol component of high and low dose groups were dosed with 1.0, 0.5 g · kg-1 ig for 7 d respectively. Xylene and carrageenin induced inflammation were used to establish mouse ear edema model and rat paw edema model respectively. The experiment was divided into model control group (normal saline), positive control group (dexamethasone) and Geranium n-butanol group. The swelling degree and inhibition rate of auricular inflammation in each group were calculated. The volumetric measurement method was used to observe the degree of paw edema and the inhibition of swelling in rats induced by carrageenan. Results: Compared with the model control group, the auricle swelling degree of mouse white mice was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while the swelling inhibition rates of high and low dose groups were 81.76% and 76.79% Rats paw edema, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The butanol component of Geranium raspberry has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.
