在酸性条件下γ-亚麻酸与甲醇反应生成挥发性较强的甲酯，用特制二次涂布毛细管柱分离分析，用内标法定量。方法稳定，测定结果准确、可靠。
Under acidic conditions, γ-linolenic acid reacts with methanol to produce more volatile methyl esters, and is separated and analyzed by a special secondary coated capillary column and quantified by internal standard method. The method is stable, the determination result is accurate and reliable.
