2014年3月28日,2014天津市建筑节能与建设科技工作会议召开。会议由天津市城乡建设和交通委员会副总工程师、建筑节能和科技处处长刘瑞光主持,建交委副主任韩培俊,市建交委原副主任、现市建设科技委顾问滕绍华,天津市墙体材料改革和建筑节能管理中心主任蔡贵生,建设工程技术研究所所长施航华参加了会议。此次会议是为深入贯彻、落实党的十八届三中全会精神,认真落实天津市城建工作会议部署,总结2013年天津市建筑节能和建设科技工作取得的经验,结合天津市建设领域发展的新形势,部署2014年天津市建筑节能和建设科技工作重点任务。
