[目的 ]观察外感风痧颗粒 (片 )剂的退热、镇痛、消炎、抗菌及对免疫功能的影响。 [方法 ]用酵母菌致大鼠发热、用热板和 HAc使小鼠致痛、用蛋清致足肿、二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀和 i.p.HAc致腹腔通透性的影响等观察药物抗炎作用 ,用倍数稀释法观察药物对四种细菌的 Mic。用胸腺、脾脏系数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数观察观察药物对免疫功能的影响。 [结果 ]大鼠给外感风痧颗粒 (片 )剂之后对酵母菌致热大鼠有退热作用 ,可提高热板致痛的痛阈 ,减少小鼠腹腔注射醋酸所致的扭体次数 ;减轻蛋清所致的足肿 ,降低 HAc所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性增加 ,减轻二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀 ;对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株和耐药株、白色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑菌作用 ,对绿脓杆菌抑制作用亦好 ,对大肠杆菌抑制作用稍差 ;幼年小鼠用外感风痧颗粒 (片 )灌胃后可增加小鼠的脾脏和胸腺的脏器系数 ,并能提高幼鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数。 [结论 ]外感风痧颗粒 (片 )剂对致热大鼠有解热、镇痛、消炎、抑菌、增强免疫功能的作用。
[Objective] To observe the effects of antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and immune function on the exogenous fengqi granules (tablets). [Methods] The effects of drug resistance induced by yeast fever in rats, pain caused by mouse with hot plate and HAc, swelling caused by egg white, xenophthalmia induced murine ear shell swelling, and ipHAc-induced abdominal permeability were observed. The inflammatory effect was observed by multiple dilutions of the drug against the four bacteria Mic. The effects of drugs on immune function were observed with thymus, spleen coefficient, phagocytosis rate and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages. [Result] After the rats were treated with exogenous feng qi granules (patch), they had antipyretic effect on the yeast-heated rats, which could increase the pain threshold of the hot plate and reduce the number of writhing caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid. Reduces foot edema caused by egg white, decreases HAc-induced increase in capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity, reduces ear swelling caused by xylene, and is better for Staphylococcus aureus standard strains and resistant strains, Staphylococcus aureus The antibacterial activity of P. aeruginosa is also good, and its inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli is slightly poorer; after immunization with juvenile Pneumoconiosis granules, the juvenile mice can increase the organ coefficient of spleen and thymus in mice. It can increase the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of rat peritoneal macrophages. [Conclusion] Exogenous Fengqi Granules (Pellets) had antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammation, antibacterial, and immune-enhancing effects on rats with fever.
