近年来,河北省迁安市遵循“围绕经济抓党建,抓好党建促发展”的指导思想,按照“有群众的地方就有党的工作,有党员的地方就有健全的党组织,有党组织的地方就有正常的组织活动和坚强的战斗力”要求,积极探索非公有制企业党组织和党员发挥作用的有效途径和措施,使非公企业党的建设工作在探索中改进,在改进中加强。目前,全市有党员的370家非公企业全部建立了党组织,其中建立党委的3家,建立总支的12家,建立支部的104家,建立联合支部的251家。全市2900名非公企业党员全部吸收进企业党组织中来,并在企业改革和发展中发挥着重要作用。
