近年来,酸性三苯甲烷染料已被广泛用于多种金属离子的光度测定,其中苯基荧光酮(PF)及其同类物是一类重要的光度法显色试剂。已报导用PF光度测定饧、钛、锗、镓等金属离子。本文根据资料,对于V-PF-CPC三元络合物体系进行了初步条件试验。该三元有色络合物的最大吸收波长为570纳米,摩尔吸光系数达6.96×10~4。这是目前光度测定钒灵敏度最高的体系之一。在抗坏血酸存在下,28毫升体积内含有10微克钒时,Ag~+(50微克,以下单位相同),Zn~(2+)(100),Mg~(2+)(500),Mn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、P(Ⅴ)、Si(Ⅳ)
In recent years, acid triphenylmethane dyes have been widely used for photometric determination of a variety of metal ions, of which phenylfluorone (PF) and its analogues are an important class of photometric color reagents. PF photometry has been reported using 饧, titanium, germanium, gallium and other metal ions. In this paper, based on the data, the V-PF-CPC ternary complex system was initially tested. The maximum absorption wavelength of the ternary complex is 570 nm and the molar absorptivity reaches 6.96 × 10 ~ 4. This is one of the most sensitive systems for photometric determination of vanadium. In the presence of ascorbic acid, Ag ~ + (50 micrograms, the following units are the same), Zn ~ (2 +) (100), Mg ~ (2 +) (500), Mn ~ 2 +), Cu ~ (2 +), P (Ⅴ), Si (Ⅳ)
