建立了污垢特性实验台,对恒热流条件下静止与振动圆管表面的结垢过程进行了实验,得到了不同工况下污垢热阻随时间的变化过程。实验结果表明,静止与振动条件下污垢热阻随时间变化曲线均为典型的渐近线型,渐近污垢热阻随着振动雷诺数的增加而呈指数型减小,相同工况下圆管振动时管外表面的渐近污垢热阻较静止时小,且振动污垢热阻随振动频率、振幅的升高而显著降低。
A scale experiment platform was set up to test the fouling process of the stationary and vibrating circular tube under the condition of constant heat flow. The fouling thermal resistance changes with time under different conditions were obtained. The experimental results show that the static thermal resistance changes with time under static and vibration conditions are typical asymptotic linear model, the asymptotic fouling thermal resistance decreases exponentially with the increase of vibration Reynolds number, The asymptotic fouling resistance of the outer surface of the tube is smaller than that at rest, and the thermal resistance of fouling decreases with the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude.
