当前,在外圆磨床上配磨阀芯时,由于没有轴向微量进给装置,只能微调工作台实现工件的纵向微量位移,用砂轮端面对工作轴肩进行靠磨。工件轴向尺寸的控制精度,取决于工作台的纵向微量位移精度。为满足加工精度1μm的要求,微量位移的精度应达到0.2~0.5μm。由于工作台的“爬行”现象,即使熟练的工人,利用千分表等量仪监测,使工作台的位移精度控制在1μm以内也是极其困难的。因此本文探讨位移分辨率小,精度高的外圆磨床轴向微量进给装置,以满足精密伺服阀等零件台肩轴向配磨尺寸公差在1μm以内生产的急需。
At present, when grind the valve core on a cylindrical grinder, there is no axial micro-feeding device, only fine-tuning the work table to realize the longitudinal micro-displacement of the workpiece, and the working shoulder on the grinder can be worn by the end face of the grinding wheel. The control accuracy of the workpiece axial dimension depends on the longitudinal micro displacement accuracy of the workbench. To meet the processing requirements of 1μm, the accuracy of trace displacement should reach 0.2 ~ 0.5μm. Due to the “crawling” phenomenon of the workbench, it is extremely difficult even for a skilled worker to monitor the displacement accuracy of the workbench within 1 μm by using a dial gauge or the like. Therefore, this article discusses the small displacement resolution, high precision cylindrical grinding machine axial micro-feed device to meet the precision servo valve and other parts of the axial shoulder wear with the size tolerance of less than 1μm in urgent need of production.
