目的探讨噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白(HSPs)60抗体与语频听力损伤及高频听力损伤之间的关系。方法用Westernblot免疫印迹法测定噪声作业工人血浆HSP60抗体水平。用多因素Logistic回归模型分析HSP60抗体水平与语频听力损伤及高频听力损伤的关系。结果语频听损组HSP60抗体阳性率为16.0%,与语频正常组(5.2%)间差异有显著性意义;在排除了常见听力损伤危险因素的影响后,语频听损与HSP60抗体之间仍存在较强联系。结论血浆HSP60抗体可能是噪声作业工人语频听损的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between noise-induced plasma heat stress protein (HSPs) 60 antibody and audio-frequency hearing loss and high frequency hearing loss in noise-exposed workers. Methods Western blot was used to determine the level of HSP60 antibody in noise exposed workers. Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between HSP60 antibody level and hearing loss and high frequency hearing loss. Results The positive rate of HSP60 antibody was 16.0% in audio frequency hearing loss group, which was significantly different from that of normal frequency group (5.2%). After excluding the influence of common hearing impairment risk factors, There is still a strong link between. Conclusions Plasma HSP60 antibody may be a risk factor for hearing loss of noise workers.
