分析了技术性贸易壁垒与法律的关系,以及技术性贸易壁垒对湖北省外贸的影响,并结合湖北省外贸发展的实际,从法律的视角提出了解决技术性贸易壁垒的措施,以促进湖北省外贸的可持续发展。
Analyzes the relationship between TBT and law as well as the impact of TBT on the foreign trade in Hubei Province. In combination with the actuality of the development of foreign trade in Hubei Province, it proposes measures to solve the TBT from the perspective of law so as to promote the foreign trade in Hubei Province Continuous development.
