黑龙江省水稻种植面积对于稳定北方稻作区水稻生产、发展寒地稻作经济具有重要的作用,为保障国家粮食安全做出了重要贡献。由于国家政策的扶持及粮食安全生产需要,黑龙江省的水稻生产进入了一个新的历史时期,但是目前水稻种植面积因土地资源日益减少和水资源严重不足等负面因素的影响,增加水稻种植面积的可能性越来越小,因此,通过高产育种与栽培管理技术相结合,才能充分利用现有资源,合理构建水稻区域化
