近年来女性高管越来越受到更多的关注,研究女性高管对于公司的作用具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。本文数据选择2007年至2016年上交所A股312个上市公司作为研究样本,通过构建以公司绩效作为被解释变量,女性高管作为解释变量,同时加入财务杠杆和成长性指标作为控制变量的模型,采用多元回归分析法研究女性高管对上市公司绩效的影响。实证结果表明,女性高管会对企业绩效有一定的影响,并且两者之间呈正相关关系。
In recent years, women executives are receiving more and more attention. It is of both theoretical and practical significance to study the role of women executives in the company. This paper chooses 312 listed companies in A-share market of Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2016 as the research sample. By constructing corporate performance as an explanatory variable and female executives as explanatory variables, as well as adding financial leverage and growth indicators as control variables, Using Multiple Regression Analysis to Study the Impact of Female Executives on the Performance of Listed Companies. Empirical results show that female executives will have a certain impact on business performance, and there is a positive correlation between the two.
