研究乳腺癌干细胞的自我更新及分子机制对于后期乳腺癌的治疗具有重要意义。本文对乳腺癌干细胞的发现与鉴定及临床应用等相关方面做了简要概述:乳腺癌细胞中有一群具有干细胞特性的细胞,这群细胞具有自我更新、多向分化等特点,同样也是乳腺癌复发及转移的主要原因;针对乳腺癌干细胞的靶向治疗是预防乳腺癌复发及转移的有效途径。
