尿道损伤以男性多见，约占泌尿系损伤10．O％～18．0％左右。其中以后尿道损伤最难处理，以往行尿道会师术、断端吻合术以及延期手术，常因感染、癫痕挛缩等原因致后尿道狭窄而影响疗效。我院在1979～1998年，应用三管支撑或加前列腺固定方法治疗30例后尿道损伤，取得满意效果
