已有原发性甲状旁腺亢进症(PHT)手术患者过早死亡的报道,作者对此问题作进一步的探索,分析对象包括896例在Sahlgren医院(1953～1982年末),施行甲状旁腺手术的PHT病例,其中女性656例,男性240例。组织病理检查提示腺瘤753例,主细胞增生109例,透明细胞增生32例,甲状旁腺癌2例。112例有功能性肾脏损害(指血清肌酐值女性超过115μmol/L,男性超过125μmol/L),65%伴发肾结石;而在肾功能正常者伴发肾结石为51%(P<0.01)。64例曾再次手术。本组不包括非PHT引起的高血钙症病
There have been reports of premature death in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHT) surgery. The authors further explored the issue and included 896 patients who underwent parathyroid surgery at Sahlgren Hospital (1953-1982) Of PHT cases, of which 656 were women and 240 were males. Histopathological examination revealed 753 adenomas, 109 cases of primary hyperplasia, 32 cases of clear cell hyperplasia and 2 cases of parathyroid carcinoma. 112 cases had functional renal damage (serum creatinine was more than 115μmol / L in women, more than 125μmol / L in men), 65% were associated with kidney stones, while those with normal renal function were 51% (P <0.01) . 64 cases had surgery again. This group does not include non-PHT-induced hypercalcemia
