本文从整个系统出发来研究摩擦表面的抗胶合能力,就系统低温的抗胶合能力进行探讨,证实低温系统不仅具有很强的抗胶合能力,能提高承载能力,而且还能显著地降低噪音。是高速重载传动中相对滑动工作表面防止胶合的一种很有前途的新方法。
In this paper, we study the anti-gluing ability of the frictional surface based on the whole system and discuss the anti-gluing ability of the system at low temperature. It is proved that the low-temperature system not only has strong anti-gluing ability, but also can significantly reduce the noise. Is a high-speed heavy-duty transmission in the relative sliding work surface to prevent gluing a promising new method.
