目的:考查大黄素与姜黄素、苦参碱配伍后对小鼠致畸敏感期的影响。方法:性成熟KM种小鼠雌雄合笼交配,将孕鼠随机分成低、中、高三个剂量组和阴性对照组,观察母鼠和胎鼠的生长发育情况。结果:受试药物各剂量组的孕鼠增重、活胎体重、身长、尾长、死胎数、吸收胎数、畸形率(包括外观畸形、内脏畸形和骨骼畸形)和空白对照组间的所有指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大黄素配伍这些中药成分后在治疗剂量下对小鼠无母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of emodin combined with curcumin and matrine on the teratogenicity of mice. Methods: Mature male KM mice were mated with male and female cages. Pregnant mice were randomly divided into three groups: low, medium and high dose groups and negative control groups. The growth and development of maternal and fetal mice were observed. Results: The weight of pregnant rats, body weight, length, tail length, number of stillbirths, number of fetuses absorbed, rate of deformity (including appearance deformity, visceral malformation and skeletal deformity) and blank control group There was no significant difference between the indexes (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Emodin can protect mice from maternal toxicity, embryotoxicity and teratogenicity at the therapeutic dose after these traditional Chinese medicines are used in combination.
