目的:观察社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病应用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗的效果。方法:以70例社区老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机选择35例作为实验组,给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,另35例作为对照组,给予缬沙坦治疗,均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后两组患者的血压及血糖情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者血压及血糖值基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者血压及血糖值均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区原发性高血压合并糖尿病治疗中,缬沙坦与氨氯地平联合治疗具有良好的效果,可有效的控制患者的血压及血糖水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine on senile essential hypertension complicated with diabetes in community. Methods: A total of 70 elderly patients with hypertension in our community were enrolled in this study. 35 patients were randomly selected as the experimental group, valsartan combined with amlodipine and the other 35 as the control group, both of which were treated with valsartan Treatment for 3 months, before and after treatment to observe the two groups of patients with blood pressure and blood glucose. Results: Before treatment, the blood pressure and blood glucose of the two groups were basically the same, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure and blood glucose of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Valsartan combined with amlodipine has a good effect in the treatment of community-based hypertension complicated with diabetes, which can effectively control the blood pressure and blood glucose level of the patients.
