高血压病、冠心病是目前严重危害人民健康的一种常见心血管疾病。近年来引起国内外医学界的重视,为了了解学校教职工中发病的规律,开展积极的防治措施,具有重大的意义。我们于1983年5月对某校40岁以上的教职工进行了心血管疾病的普查。1551例受检者都进行了详细询问病史、体格检查、胸透,平静12导联心电图(EKG)检查,血清胆固醇、三酸甘油脂和尿糖的测定。根据1980年第一届全国内科学术会议心血管组“关于冠状动脉性心脏病
Hypertension, coronary heart disease is currently a serious risk to people’s health, a common cardiovascular disease. In recent years, it has drawn great attention from the medical circles both at home and abroad. In order to understand the regularity of onset in school faculty and carry out active prevention and cure measures, it is of great significance. In May 1983, we conducted a census of cardiovascular diseases for faculty members over the age of 40 in a school. 1551 subjects were asked in detail about the history, physical examination, chest X-ray, tranquil 12-lead electrocardiogram (EKG) examination, serum cholesterol, triglyceride and urine glucose determination. According to the first session of the 1980 National Conference on Cardiology cardiovascular group "about coronary heart disease
