孝,是中国传统道德的主要规范之一。原意为子女对父母的敬重、奉养和服从。始见于西周文献,作为中国传统伦理的核心观念,在中国传统伦理体系中处于诸德之首、百善之先和教化之始的地位,因此中国传统社会是非常强调孝行的伦理性的。然而,向来素有礼仪之邦之称的我国,现在却要将“常回家看看”写入法律,这是值得我们反思的。本文通过对作为中国传统伦理知识核心部分的孝进行探究分析,阐明用法律来规范有其不合理之处,以及如何加强孝道建设,以求对已将迈入老龄化社会的我国产生一定的现实意义,让大家更好的践行照顾老人这个最基本的伦理道德规范。
Filial piety is one of the main norms of Chinese traditional morality. Originally intended for children’s respect for their parents, and uphold and obey. As the core concept of Chinese traditional ethics, which was first seen in the Western Zhou Dynasty literature, is at the center of all virtues, the first of its kind and the beginning of enlightenment in China’s traditional ethic system. Therefore, Chinese traditional society places great emphasis on ethics of filial piety. However, our country, which has always been said to have ceremonial states, now has to write “often go home and see” into the law. This is something that we should reflect on. This paper analyzes the filial piety that is the core part of China’s traditional ethics knowledge, expounds that using law to regulate its unreasonableness and how to strengthen filial piety so as to create a certain reality for our country that has entered the aging society Meaning, let everyone practice better care for the elderly the most basic ethics.
