在医改不断深入的当下,如何满足患者不同层次的服务需求,解决医疗服务过程中出现的各种社会问题,全凭医务人员的努力是难以达到的,还需要志愿者作为第三方来发挥其促进医患关系和谐的推动作用。本文试从医院志愿者的历史背景、目前我国医院志愿者的来源、类型、管理流程及激励机制等方面对医院志愿者的管理来进行探讨。
