通过在长周期光纤光栅包层外涂覆一层溶胶凝胶气敏薄膜,设计了一种新型高灵敏光气敏传感器,折射率分辨率高达10-8。研究了传惑器灵敏度随薄膜参教与光栅参量的变化关系,给出了高灵敏度所需的最佳参数设计范围。实验上成功制作了镀膜光纤光栅乙醇传感器。
By applying a layer of sol-gel gas-sensitive film outside the long-period fiber grating cladding, a new type of highly sensitive gas-sensing sensor is designed with a resolution of 10-8. The relationship between the sensitivity of the sensor and the parameter of the grating is studied. The optimal design range of the parameters required for high sensitivity is given. Experiments successfully produced coated fiber grating ethanol sensor.
