热工过程的动态数学模型通常通过现场试验作出它的阶跃响应曲线,然后从阶跃响应曲线得出近似传递函数。本文利用阶跃响应数据组成Hankel矩阵,通过对矩阵的奇值分解,确定模型的最低阶次,并进一步求出过程的离散状态模型。用这种方法获得的动态数学模型具有很高的精确性,文中应用这种方法对几种典型热工过程进行了运算。
The dynamic mathematical model of a thermal process usually makes its step response curve by field test, and then derives the approximate transfer function from the step response curve. In this paper, the Hankel matrix is composed of step response data, the lowest order of the model is determined by the singular value decomposition of the matrix, and the discrete state model of the process is further obtained. The dynamic mathematical model obtained by this method has very high accuracy. In this paper, several typical thermal processes are operated.
