本文讨论了判别质子事件预报水平高低的常用指标和存在问题.并在引入了随机预报的概念之后,推导出判别预报水平高低的一种较合理的总指标公式.
In this paper, we discuss the commonly used indicators and existing problems in discriminating the level of predicting proton events, and after introducing the concept of stochastic forecasting, we derive a more reasonable general index formula for predicting the level of forecasting.
