为提高溢油跟踪浮标的精度,在对溢油跟踪浮标机理进行分析的基础上,简化了溢油浮标跟踪油膜的平衡方程.该方程包含油膜风系数、表面海水漂流风生流系数、海洋温度、风速、浮标的几何外形、出水高度等影响溢油浮标跟踪油膜精度的关键因素.简化后溢油模型的适用范围扩大到小风速、大潮流速度的海况,弥补了以往溢油模型的缺陷.以ME-TOCEAN公司的ARGOSPHERE型溢油浮标为例进行的计算和分析表明,该模型对溢油浮标的设计具有指导意义.
In order to improve the precision of the oil spill tracking buoy, based on the analysis of the oil spill tracking buoy mechanism, the equilibrium equation of the oil spill tracking oil film is simplified. The equation includes the oil film wind coefficient, surface seawater drift wind flow coefficient, , The wind speed, the geometric shape of the buoy and the height of the effluent, which are the key factors that affect the accuracy of the oil spill buoy tracking the oil film.The simplification of the application of the spilled oil model extends to the sea conditions of small wind speed and large tidal flow velocity, which remedies the defects of the oil spill model. Taking ME-TOCEAN ARGOSPHERE type oil spill buoy as an example, the calculation and analysis show that the model is instructive for the design of oil spill buoy.
