本文通过对反垄断法与发展规模经济的关系进行讨论,得出如下结论:我国制定反垄断法与支持中小企业的联合、扩大企业的平均规模和实现规模经济的经济政策并不矛盾,两者在维护资源优化配置的长期目标上是一致的,它们是建立有效竞争的市场结构必须同步进行的两个方面。
Through the discussion of the relationship between antitrust law and the development of economies of scale, this paper draws the following conclusion: There is no contradiction between China’s enactment of antitrust law and support for the alliance of SMEs, and the expansion of the average size of enterprises and the economic policies of achieving economies of scale. They are consistent in the long-term goal of preserving the optimal allocation of resources, and they are two aspects that must be synchronized in order to establish an effective competitive market structure.
