加强农地流转中农民土地权益保护有利于增加农民财产收入,增强农业发展后劲,构建农村和谐社会。文章阐述了农地流转视角下农民土地权益的法律保护,认为农地流转中一定要让利于民,遵循平等保护和确保收益的价值理念,健全法律法规是前提,规范政府职责是核心,构建市场机制是关键,完善社保体系是保障。
To strengthen the protection of peasants ’land rights and interests during the transfer of farmland is conducive to increasing peasants’ property income, enhancing the stamina in agricultural development and building a harmonious society in rural areas.
