自从1955年出现磺丁脲(Carbutamide)以后,芳基磺酰脲类降血糖药先后又有甲磺丁脲(Tolbutamide)、氯磺丙脲(Chlorpropamide)以及甲环己脲(Metahexamide)制成和在临床上应用。这一系列新的衍生物,比之它們的先驅者,总的趋势是效力增强和毒性減少。不过治疗范圍还未能突破到轻型的糖尿病之外,并且还是以成年病例疗效最佳。关于氯磺丙脲,本刊1959年第9期已有介绍,现在繼續介紹甲环己脲。甲环己脲的化学名是:1—环己基-3-间-氨-对-甲苯磺酰脲(1-Cyclohexyl-3-m-amino-p-tolylsulphon-ylurea).,構造式是:
Since the emergence of Carbutamide in 1955, the arylsulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents have successively been made of Tolbutamide, Chlorpropamide and Metahexamide In clinical application. The general trend for this new series of derivatives, compared to their predecessors, is increased potency and reduced toxicity. However, the scope of treatment has not been able to break through to light-weight diabetes, and is still the most effective in adult cases. As for chlorpropamide, our journal No. 9 of 1959 has already been introduced. Now we continue to introduce methyclohexylurea.
