介绍了鞍钢三烧 1号和 4号烧结机在年修期间进行的技术改造 ,包括一次混合机、二次混合机、布料器、点火器、烧结机、热筛、多管除尘器等。改造后烧结机料层提高 2 0 0 mm左右 ,固体燃料消耗降低 7～ 8kg/t,其它技术经济指标也有所改善。
The technological transformation of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. No. 1 and No. 4 sintering machine during the year of repair was introduced, including primary mixer, secondary mixer, distributor, igniter, sintering machine, heat screen and multi - tube precipitator. After the transformation, the material level of the sintering machine is increased by about 200 mm, the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 7-8 kg / t, and other technical and economic indexes are also improved.
