自从上海闵行区确定为经济技术开发区后,区内经济迅速发展,人口大量增加。原有医疗设施已不能适应需要,看病难、住院难的问题比较突出。为缓解这一矛盾,上海第五人民医院采用了“一院两制”的办法,在院内开办了一个独立核算,集体经营的新病区(以下简称12病区)。增设病床100张。取得了较好的效果。现就具体做法及效果作一简要阐述。
