本文根据热传导方程建立了放电涂覆、硬化层、及热影响层的计算公式,通过对T8钢的试验研究结果拟合建立了电极消耗量和放电涂覆层厚度于电容量、放电时间关系的回归方程。实践证明,其计算值于试验结果吻合较好。
In this paper, the formulas of discharge coating, hardened layer and heat-affected layer were established based on the heat conduction equation. The relationship between the electrode consumption and the thickness of the discharge coating on the capacitance and discharge time was established by fitting the experimental results of T8 steel Regression equation. Practice has proved that its calculated value in good agreement with the test results.
