上海自十九世纪中叶开埠通商以来,逐步成为中国最为典型的商业化都市。上海社会文化环境的巨大变化为女性参与社会活动提供了重要的契机。本文试图以《图画日报》为中心,简要地勾勒清末上海公共空间中的女性身影。
Since the opening of the port trade in the middle of the 19th century, Shanghai has gradually become the most typical commercial city in China. The tremendous changes in the social and cultural environment in Shanghai provide an important opportunity for women to participate in social activities. This article tries to sketch the female figure in the public space in Shanghai in the late Qing Dynasty centering on the Daily Picture.
