由于行业的特定性和经营的特殊性,烟草行业的思想政治工作表现出许多前所未有的新特征。在新形势下如何加强思想政治工作,以提高经济效益是摆在政工部门乃至整个管理层面前的重要课题。本文就此作出一些初步的探讨。
Due to the particularity of the industry and the particularity of its management, the ideological and political work in the tobacco industry has shown many new characteristics that have never been seen before. Under the new situation, how to strengthen ideological and political work so as to enhance economic efficiency is an important issue before the political departments and even the entire management.
