苏州市人民政府令第128号《苏州市市场价格行为监督管理办法》已于2013年6月4日经市政府第13次常务会议讨论通过,现予发布,自2013年8月1日起施行。市长周乃翔2013年6月27日苏州市市场价格行为监督管理办法第一条为了规范市场价格行为,维护市场价格秩序,保护消费者、经营者合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》等法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本市行政区域内的市场价格行为及其监督管理适用本办法。

Article 2 The market price behavior within the administrative region of this Municipality and its supervision and management shall be governed by these Measures.
