酸菜水是北方家庭冬季淹渍酸白菜的用水。在酸菜淹制过程中,因乳酸杆菌等产酸细菌的活动,产生大量的有机酸,其中主要是乳酸,其次为乙酸、丁酸和一些其它有机酸,从而使溶液呈酸性。笔者尝试用酸菜水浇灌喜酸性土壤的花卉,效果很好。使用时将酸菜水加1～3倍清水稀释,视盆土酸度及花卉所需酸性,隔2～4次清水浇灌一次。笔者曾用杜鹃花作对比实验,在都用普通培养土(厩肥、园土配制,酸性低)的情
