Huaneng Yimin Coal & Electricity Co., Ltd. Yimin Power Plant (abbreviated as Yimin Power Plant) is located in Yiminhe Town, Ewenkeqi Town, Hulunbeir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Since the first phase of the project was completed in 1976, it has been constructed in response to the country’s eighth five-year plan. So far it has gone through more than 40 years of ups and downs.
