采用Harris二期法结扎犬冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌梗塞后,用程序刺激法诱发快速室性心律失常。21只犬可诱发短阵室速并自行转为室颤,其中4只也可诱发持续性室速。最易诱发部位为梗塞周围区,其机理可能与接近折返环有关。
After the acute coronary artery anterior descending coronary artery was ligated by Harris two-stage canine, the ventricular tachyarrhythmia was induced by the program stimulation. Twenty-one dogs induced bradycardia and converted themselves to ventricular fibrillation, and four of them also induced sustained ventricular tachycardia. The most likely site for induction of infarction around the area, its mechanism may be related to the reentrant ring.
