每当我准备在家里看书时,总是会不自觉地先打开手机,登录QQ,看看信息,再刷刷微信,看看朋友圈,才打开书,准备安心看书;结果又忍不住逛逛淘宝、天猫,看看有什么东西可以买;逛完正准备看书,又弹出些电视电影综艺节目简介,忍不住看看最新节目单,不错过任何值得一看的节目,有的话就顺便看一两集。天啦,一半天就这样过去了,后悔呀,但是就是做不到安安静静地看书学习,这就是我的敌人——拖延。
