赵紫阳总理十二月初到上海视察,本刊记者写了这篇随访记,在宝钢工地和上海汽车厂,赵总理着重谈了怎样管理好现代化大企业的问题。他认为要把外国先进技术和管理经验学到手,关键在于培养、起用有知识、有才干、懂管理、有开拓精神的人才。在马陆乡,赵总理指出城市郊区要充分发挥信息灵通、交通便利、技术先进、出口方便等优势,发展养殖业、加工业,实行补偿贸易、组织出口。赵总理还参观了别致的室內装潢设施和新型餐具展览,认为以承包公司的形式发展这类第三产业很有前途。
Premier Zhao Ziyang visited Shanghai in early December. This correspondent wrote this follow-up note. At the Baosteel site and the Shanghai Automotive Plant, Premier Zhao focused on how to manage the problems of modern large companies. He believes that the key to learning advanced foreign technology and management experience lies in cultivating and using talents who are knowledgeable, talented, management-oriented, and pioneering. In Malu Township, Premier Zhao pointed out that the suburbs of cities should give full play to their advantages of being well-informed, convenient in transportation, advanced in technology, and convenient in export. They should develop aquaculture and processing industries, implement compensation trades, and organize exports. Premier Zhao also visited the chic interior decoration facilities and new tableware exhibitions, and believed that the development of such tertiary industries in the form of contract companies is promising.
