通过体外实验观察了当γ干扰素(γlFN)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)作用于LAK细胞(淋巴因子激活杀伤细胞)诱导阶段时对LAK细胞杀伤涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系2(ACC-2)活性的影响。结果显示:TNFα可以提高低剂量白介素—2(lL-2)诱导的LAK细胞杀伤活性,且对ACC-2的杀伤活性要高于Raji,增强作用的产生与它对LAK细胞增殖的影响无关。γlFN可以呈剂量依赖性地抑制LAK细胞杀伤活性,并轻度抑制LAK细胞的增殖
In vitro experiments showed that LAK cells kill the salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line 2 (ACC) when both γ-IFN and TNFα act on the induction phase of LAK cells (lymphokine-activated killer cells) -2) activity. The results showed that TNFα could enhance the killing activity of LAK cells induced by low dose interleukin-2 (IL-2), and its killing activity to ACC-2 was higher than that of Raji. The enhancement effect was not related to its effect on the proliferation of LAK cells. γlFN can inhibit LAK cell killing activity in a dose-dependent manner and mildly inhibit the proliferation of LAK cells
