笔者于1978～1993年米用显微外科手段,分别在局内外施行输卵管复通手术6例,经过临床观察及随访效果满意。 1 监床资料 (1)一般情况 本组6例均系腹部小切口输卵管结扎,最大年龄39岁。复通术距绝育术5～6年,时间最长9年。
In 1978 ~ 1993, the author used microsurgical techniques to perform 6 cases of tubal recanalization in and out of the hospital respectively. The results of clinical observation and follow-up were satisfactory. 1 supervisor information (1) General The group of 6 cases were abdominal incision tubal ligation, the maximum age of 39 years. Fu Tong surgery from 5 to 6 years of sterilization, the longest time of 9 years.
