随着我国对教育事业的重视与支持,职业技术高校取得了飞速的发展,职业高效取得了办校自主权,办学规模不断扩大。在这种发展趋势下,高校特别是职业技术高校已经不仅仅是一项公益性事业,更多的与市场经济进行了挂钩,因此其财务问题便成为了高校管理的重点问题。本文以职业技术高校财务人员思想政治教育的创新对策研究为题,分析了职业技术高校财务管理中所存在的问题,指出了提高职业技术高校财务管理人员思想政治觉悟的必要性,给出了合理的创新对策。
With the emphasis and support on education in our country, the vocational and technical colleges and universities have achieved rapid development. The occupation has efficiently obtained the autonomy of running schools and the scale of running schools has been continuously expanded. Under this trend of development, colleges and universities, especially vocational and technical colleges and universities, are not only a public welfare undertaking but also linked to a market economy. Therefore, their financial problems have become the key issues in the management of colleges and universities.
