不同地区不同国家在文化上存在着明显的不同,当不同文化背景的企业进入另一个文化区域中时,就会产生一定的文化冲突。本文拟通过探索跨文化背景下的国际油气合作策略,为石油企业国际合作提供有益参考。
Different countries in different regions have a marked cultural difference. When enterprises of different cultural backgrounds enter another cultural region, there will be some cultural conflicts. This article intends to provide a useful reference for the international cooperation of petroleum enterprises by exploring the strategy of international oil and gas cooperation under the cross-cultural background.
