汽车维修工,是指使用工、夹、量具,仪器仪表及检修设备进行汽车的维护、修理和调试的人员,在国家劳动部职业技能大典中是单独的一个职业工种。作为开设汽车维修类专业的职业院校来说,除了肩负着为区域社会发展培养汽车维修技术人才的职责外,还肩负着服务社会、辐射带动区域职业培训就业的社会责任。笔者分析认为,职业院校的汽车维修培训对象主要有两种人群,学生和社会人员。面向学生的汽车维修职业培训方面,笔者分析了在校生职业培养现存的问题并提出了应对措施;面向毕业生的汽车维修职业培训方面,笔者提出了终身教育的教育教学理念问题及解决方法;面向社会行业企业从业人员的职业培训方面,笔者重点分析、强调了师资队伍建设的重要性。
Vehicle maintenance workers refer to those who use the tools, clamps, measuring tools, instrumentation and maintenance equipment to carry out the maintenance, repair and commissioning of vehicles. They are a separate type of occupations in the Ministry of Labor occupation skill ceremony. As a vocational school with automobile maintenance specialty, in addition to shouldering the responsibility of training automobile maintenance technicians for the development of regional society, it also shoulders the social responsibilities of serving the society and radiating the job training and employment in the region. The author believes that vocational training and maintenance of automobile repair object mainly two kinds of people, students and social workers. As for the vocational training of automobile maintenance for students, the author analyzes the existing problems of vocational training of students and puts forward the countermeasures. For the vocational training of automobile maintenance for graduates, the author puts forward the concept and solution of lifelong education education and teaching; In the field of vocational training for practitioners in social sectors, the author focuses on the analysis and emphasizes the importance of teachers’ construction.
