筑府办函〔2016〕130号各区、市、县人民政府,高新开发区、经济技术开发区、贵阳综合保税区、贵州双龙航空港经济区管委会,市政府各工作部门,市各直属事业单位:按照《贵阳市推进供给侧结构性改革提高经济发展质量和效益的实施方案》(筑党办发〔2016〕11号)精神,市人民政府决定建立贵阳市推进供给侧结构性改革工作机制。现将有关事项通知如下:
