以Ni、Al、Co金属微粉为原材料,采用氧乙炔火焰喷射自反应淬熄技术制备出了Ni、NiAl等多相复合空心微珠。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线分析仪等技术分析了空心微珠的形态、组成和结构。在喷枪火焰的作用下,喷射入氧乙炔火焰内的自蔓延团聚微粒迅速受热并引发自蔓延反应,颗粒融化为液滴,同时发泡剂在热作用下放出气体,使液滴形成空心熔滴,在水冷条件下,迅速固化形成球形空心微珠。采用网络分析仪同轴法测试空心微珠的电磁性能,其在6 GHz附近有较好的电磁波吸收性能。
Using Ni, Al and Co as raw materials, Ni, NiAl and other multi-phase composite hollow beads were prepared by oxyacetylene flame spraying self-reactive quenching technology. The morphology, composition and structure of hollow microbeads were analyzed by SEM, EDS and X-ray analyzer. Under the action of the spray gun flame, the self-propagating agglomerated particles sprayed into the oxyacetylene flame are rapidly heated and initiate the self-propagating reaction, the particles melt into droplets, and the blowing agent releases gas under the action of heat to make the droplets form hollow droplets , In water-cooled conditions, rapidly solidified to form spherical hollow beads. The coaxiality of the network analyzer was used to test the electromagnetic properties of the hollow microbeads, which showed good electromagnetic wave absorption near 6 GHz.
