新能源汽车产业是江苏省战略性新兴产业之一。扶持发展新能源汽车产业,对于进一步缩小江苏与国内外发达地区汽车产业的差距、改善空气质量、优化能源消费结构具有重要意义。尽管江苏省新能源汽车推广工作4月份才正式启动,但截至2014年上半年,江苏省已推广应用新能源汽车2133辆,约完成全年目标任务的35%。为进一步做好新能源汽车推广使用工作,结合江苏实际,提出政策建议如下:
New energy automobile industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province. Support the development of new energy automotive industry, for further narrowing the gap between Jiangsu and the developed regions in the automotive industry, improve air quality, optimize energy consumption structure is of great significance. Although the promotion of new energy vehicles in Jiangsu Province was officially launched in April, as of the first half of 2014, Jiangsu Province has promoted the use of 2,133 new energy vehicles, which is about 35% of the annual target and task. To further promote the use of new energy vehicles, combined with the actual situation in Jiangsu, the policy recommendations are as follows:
